Meaning :- A person who lends money at unreasonable high rates of interest.
Explanation :- In our practice,We find some patients for whom we can use this rubric,It is not always that this rubric is used only for those who are usurer in their business. But Patient will present to us with the same attitude in context to get benefit for us.As some patients will admire us,will try to
incite us with getting close to us.They will help us in our marketing.They will show us that they are our well wishers,And then they will misuse us.They will extract from us more then they give to us.They will ask us to give some more medicine and will not pay extra charges.Some time they will not pay at all.Sometimes they will call us on visit,and we can not demand money from them,as we feel that they are our near and dear...So this rubric has no version by words every time,we have to perceive it with our sixth sense..
